Tirsdag d. 17/3/2009 - 17:31 During 2003 I visited Fyn and of course I went to Svendborg to see the Svendborg Banen. I remember to have seen the Desiro in red livery (DB colours), yet with some DSB logos on it.
Was this version already produced by Piko? I rather prefer this livery, since i do'nt like the modern DSB colourscheme to much.

No, Piko has never made a DSB Desiro in red.
Small detail: Is it more likely that it was in 2002 you´ve seen the red Desiros?

You may be right. I visited Svendborg many times. So I suppose I was there in 2002 and 2003 as well.
Are there DSB decals on the market? I guess that except for the modern DSB-logo the Desiro where exactly the same as the DB Desiro's. So if you could remove the DB-logo's and replace them by DSB decals, you would have this version of the Desiro.
(The red colour looks more Danish to me than the modern grey colour).
